It is with great pleasure that Valor Christian Athletics announces Steve Grabowski as the new Head Coach of the Valor Christian Boys Basketball program.

Steve Grabowski brings more than 20 years of coaching and basketball leadership experience across the high school, club, and collegiate levels, including 17-plus years in college basketball and nine years at the Division I level. During his career, he has helped lead programs to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, conference championships, and postseason runs, while serving in roles ranging from assistant coach and interim head coach to director of basketball operations. Most recently, he has served as Head Coach with Mountain Stars AAU, where he helped develop one of the top programs on the Under Armour circuit and coached numerous Division I and Division II signees. His experience in player development, recruiting, program organization, and relationship-building has consistently positioned athletes and teams to grow and succeed at a high level.

Coach Grabowski is passionate not only about building a strong basketball program, but also about helping young men grow in faith, character, and purpose. He sees basketball as a powerful tool for discipleship and life preparation, teaching athletes to trust the Lord through both success and adversity and to find their identity in Christ rather than in sport. Throughout his coaching journey, he has remained committed to Bible studies, FCA involvement, mentoring relationships, and service opportunities, and he desires to build a Christ-centered program marked by accountability, love, humility, and servant leadership. He is eager to lead in a school environment where faith is central to the mission and where athletics can help form young men who will impact the world for Christ.
