Kallyn Connor joined Valor Christian High School in 2010 as Head Cheerleading Coach and a member of the Student Life team. Since then, she has served in multiple roles across the school, including in Academic Support, Counseling, and Student Life, while continuing to lead the cheer program with excellence.
Under her leadership, Valor Christian’s Cheer team has become a consistent contender and champion in both league competitions and the 5A Cheer State Championships. The team has also earned national recognition, attending the UCA Nationals for several consecutive years and securing top placements across multiple divisions.
In 2021, Kallyn was appointed Dean of Students, expanding her leadership within the Student Life department and deepening her impact on the school community.
Before joining Valor Christian, Kallyn coached cheerleading at Regis Jesuit and Arapahoe High School and worked as a counselor at both Children’s Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital. She is a two-time recipient of Valor’s Coach of the Year award, a testament to her dedication, leadership, and positive influence on students both on and off the mat.
