In their first home game of the season, the Eagles delivered a dominant 42-14 victory over the Mullen Mustangs. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Valor Christian to the win, including
Titus Huard, who threw for 201 yards and two TDs on perfect 6-for-6 passing, while
Dawson Olk rushed for 54 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only five carries.
The Eagles defense stepped up as well, sacking the QB four times, led by senior Cole Beyer with two sacks. Another huge defensive play consisted of a forced fumble by Tobyn Casten and recovered by Jaxson Sanders for the touchdown.
The 4-0 Eagles are back on the road this week as they face #2 ranked Ralston Valley (4-0).
