Valor Christian placed second overall at the six-team Warrior Invitational on Saturday, finishing behind host Arapahoe High School. The Eagles came eager to prove themselves and delivered several standout performances, led by Ellie Wiesen, who won the 50 freestyle in 24.93 and the 100 backstroke in 1:00.07, both times earning her a qualification for the 5A State Championship. Ann Marie Macaulay competed closely with a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle with a 2:00.83, and
Kayla Hunt maintained strong momentum in the 500 freestyle, with a time of 5:37.11, earning her second place. Valor also excelled in relays, winning the 400 freestyle relay in 3:41.50 and narrowly finishing second in the 200 freestyle relay at 1:41.73.
