It is with great pleasure that Valor Christian Athletics announces Trisha Kroll as the new Head Coach of the Valor Christian Girls Volleyball program.
Coach Trisha Kroll brings 28 years of experience in volleyball coaching, program development, mental performance consulting, and ministry leadership. Most recently, Coach Kroll helped lead the Valor Christian program to its fourth consecutive state championship. At the high school level, she has been honored multiple times as Coach of the Year and was also named Coach of the Decade. She founded and directed The Diff Volleyball Club, where she developed numerous Division I athletes, including a current two-time All-American and the nation's top middle blocker. Through her mental performance company, she has also consulted with teams and athletes across the country, including a recent national championship team.
Coach Kroll's passion is not only to develop strong athletes, but also to help young women grow in their faith, identity, and purpose in Christ. She sees athletics as a powerful platform for spiritual formation, leadership development, and character growth. She looks forward to building a volleyball program that pursues championships while reflecting biblical character, unity, and excellence.
