Coach Young is in his 2nd stint at Valor after coaching at Valor in 2017. Coach Young is currently in his 2nd year as RB coach and Special Teams Coordinator for Valor. Coach Young played OLB and special teams as a walk-on at the University of Wisconsin 1991-1995.

Since 2003, Coach Young has coached LBs, RBs, DBs and DL for Mullen, Cherry Creek, Arapahoe and Valor. 
Coach Young is married to Annika for 21 years and has 3 children, Allie (Valor ‘21) Erik (Valor ‘24) and Hollie (West Middle School).
