Adrian Veideman

Adrian Veideman enters his fifth season as an assistant coach with the boys varsity program. Adrian helps coordinate the defensive schemes for the varsity team while working primarily with the defensemen.   

The Sicamous, British Columbia native comes to Valor after helping the Colorado Thunderbirds U16 AAA team capture two consecutive Colorado State championships in 2016-17 and 2017-18. 

Prior to the Thunderbirds, Veideman spent nine years playing professionally in the American Hockey League (AHL), East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), Germany (DEL), Austria (EBEL) and Norway.  Videman led his team to playoff championships in both Austria & Norway.

Before turning pro, Veideman was a four-year letterwinner at the University of Denver playing for head coach George Gwozdecky.  He was a part of the back-to-back Pioneer National Championship teams in 2004 & 2005 and the WCHA playoff championship team in 2005.  During his senior season in 2006, he was named team captain.

Prior to enrolling at the University of Denver, Veideman played two years of Junior ‘A’ hockey in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) for the Salmon Arm Silverbacks where he was named team captain.

Since his retirement from hockey, Adrian has established his own residential real estate business. He helps people buy and sell homes in the greater Denver area along with investing in real estate personally.  Veideman lives in Littleton with his wife Heather and their two children, daughter Adilynn and son Connor.
