Jeff Marten joined the Valor Hockey program as an Assistant Varsity Coach during the 2021-22 season.
The Columbia Heights, Minnesota native comes to Valor with over 20 years of Colorado youth hockey coaching experience. During his 20 years of coaching, he has been a part of hockey programs at Columbine High School, Colorado Academy High School, University of Denver and Colorado Club Hockey Teams, Team Colorado, and various bantam programs. Jeff also served 5 years as USA Hockey’s Rocky Mountain District Coach-In-Chief.
Jeff is currently a Project Engineering Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation, working on many different aircraft types. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, riding his motorcycle, and flying general aviation airplanes.
